The Dog Show starts promptly at 12:30 pm. Please check in by 12:15 pm at the dog show table at the east end of the park. All dogs must be leashed!
There are three Dog Show events, two categories each! Best Dressed (RuPaw's costume parade), Best Trick, and, Agility Course (K-9 Obstacle Course). Prizes will be given for dogs under 20 pounds, and over 20 pounds. Enter as many events as you would like!
For this year’s dog show Crispus Attucks Park Development Corporation is excited to be partnering with the Washington D.C. Humane Rescue Alliance where we will be taking in kind donations for the following items:
towels
flat sheets (not fitted)
blankets with no types of filling in them (no comforters or quilts with batting)
unopened, unexpired, non-medicated pet food
litter
treats/toys
& for those who would like to adopt a dog of your own, you’re in luck! CADC is sponsoring a mini-adoption event with the Humane Rescue Alliance with the generous sponsorship of District Dog! We will have 3-6 dogs all ready for a loving new home!
