Crispus Attucks Park Fall Fundraiser ~ Sunday, November 12th ~ 2-5 pm ~ 34 V Street, Northwest
Please join the Crispus Attucks Development Corporation (CADC) for afternoon noshes, drinks and mingling with friends and neighbors at the CADC Fall Fundraiser benefitting beautiful Crispus Attucks Park.
As always, we are raising funds needed to maintain this beautiful community space, which receives absolutely no funding from the DC government.
Last year we raised $4,900 at this event, but this year, we have a goal of raising $6,000 to replace the chain link fence on the northwest side of the park, and restore the crumbling retaining wall below it.
Join us at the Fall Fundraiser where we’ll share more information about the plan! And as always, tasty beverages and nibbles 🙂
|See you around Crispus Attucks Park!
Help shape the future of Crispus Attucks Park and stay informed! Join us Tuesday, July 18, 7:00 pm for CADC’s Summer Quarterly Meeting at 41 V Street NW.

Wow! What a great day at this year’s Bloomingdale Community Day at Crispus Attucks Park! Thank You to all who came out for Community Day, to all of our wonderful sponsors and to ‘The Taste of Bloomingdale’ participants who made this event be one of the best ever. (and, lest not forget our great volunteers).
Thank you all!

This weekend’s spring-like weather means only one thing: Bloomingdale Community Day 2017 is just around the corner! As usual, Bloomingdale’s biggest event will be held the Saturday after Mother’s Day. (This year the event is May 20.)
We need your help to plan the Community Day! The event is a success only with the help of many volunteers. We need you, and our first volunteer meeting is THIS WEDNESDAY!
Hope to see you there!
On Thursday, January 26 and Friday, January 29, there will be tree work in Crispus Attucks Park. Arborists will be trimming tree branches, lopping dead branches, and removing some trees that are either dead or past their safe lifespan. The arborists will use equipment ranging from pole pruners to chainsaws.
Be safe, and please avoid areas of the park where this work is ongoing!
